XML (Extensible Markup Language)

A text-based markup language used for the structured representation of data. In e-commerce, it is frequently used for product data feeds and data exchange between systems (e.g., via API).

Real-World Example for SURS Customers

SURS configures a product data feed for a merchant in XML format. This file contains structured data such as <ProductName>, <Price>, and <Description>, which can be easily read and processed by the marketplace system.
