Returns Management
The entire process of handling returned goods. This includes providing a return address, receiving, inspecting, crediting, and restocking or disposing of the returned items.
Real-World Example for SURS Customers
SURS provides a Swiss return address for a German merchant. Instead of costly individual returns to Germany, returns are collected and inspected in Switzerland and can be used immediately for new orders.
