Purchase on Account
A payment method where the customer receives the goods first and pays the invoice at a later date, within a specified payment period. In Switzerland, this is an extremely popular payment method that significantly boosts sales.
Real-World Example for SURS Customers
To increase their conversion rate, a merchant wants to offer purchase on account. SURS integrates a payment service provider (e.g., for QR-bills) that covers the risk of non-payment and handles the entire invoicing process.
