Pickup (Click & Collect / BOPIS)
A service where customers order products online and pick them up at a physical location (e.g., a warehouse or partner store). BOPIS stands for "Buy Online, Pick-up In Store."

SURS offers a Click & Collect service for a German tool retailer at its Swiss warehouse location. A local craftsman can order urgently needed goods online and pick them up just an hour later, minimizing delivery time.
