Pick & Pack
Part of the fulfillment process. "Picking" is the process of retrieving ordered items from the warehouse. "Packing" is the secure and professional packaging of the items for shipment.
Real-World Example for SURS Customers
At the SURS warehouse, once an order is received, a "pick & pack" process is initiated: an employee retrieves the ordered item from the shelf (pick), securely packs it in a box with filler material and inserts, and prepares it for shipment (pack).
