CMI (Customer Management Interface)
An interface or dashboard provided to merchants to directly manage customer inquiries, orders, and returns, and to communicate with customers.
Practical Example for SURS Customers
A merchant uses the marketplace's CMI to answer a customer's question about delivery time. As a service provider, SURS can handle first-level support and process such inquiries directly within the CMI on behalf of the merchant.
