"Fulfillment by Amazon" is a 3PL service from Amazon. Sellers send their products to an Amazon warehouse, and Amazon takes care of storage, packaging, shipping to the customer, and returns management.
Practical Example for SURS Customers
A seller wants to sell on Amazon.de to Swiss customers. They can use SURS to import the goods collectively into the EU (e.g., via an EU hub) and send them to the respective Amazon FBA warehouse to avoid the complex customs formalities for individual shipments.
